Our Terms & Conditions 2024
1 - To participate in this referral programme, you must be an existing customer, with up to date
payments and an active contract of more than 6 months.
2 - You MUST have permission from your referred friend or family member to enter their details
into the referral programme. It is imperative that they consent to having their data shared with
Verisure so they are fully aware that they will be receiving contact from Verisure, to offer
our private security services and products
3 - You confirm that you have permission to provide us with your friends’ and/or family members’
details.
4 - This offer is ONLY valid through this online form on our website.
5 - This referral offer may not be used in conjunction with other offers.
6 - To qualify for the £100 gift card your friend/family member must be a new customer who has
not been a customer of Verisure within the last six months.
7 - This offer is only available if a new contract is signed with a new customer. For the
avoidance of doubt, a transfer or connection of a pre-installed system is NOT considered a new
contract.
8 - The Gift Cards will be sent to you no later than 3 weeks from the end of the 14-day cooling-off period from the date of signing the new contract.
9 - In order to receive the Gift Cards, both the existing customer and the referred customer's
systems must be active and up to date with payments.
10 - Maximum 5 Gift Cards per customer per calendar year.
11 - This program is NOT valid for employees or relatives of employees of Verisure Systems (UK)
Limited.
12 - Following a referral, the new alarm system can only be installed at a different address
from your address and only at the address given by your friend or family member when you
originally made the referral, unless we agree otherwise.
